Young People (12-25 years)
Being a young person can feel overwhelming — school, friendships, family, identity, and independence all bring pressures, alongside big emotions like stress, anxiety, or feeling low. Therapy is a safe space where you can talk openly, be heard without judgment, and learn practical ways to cope and build resilience.
I bring a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach, and often use creative, somatic, and nature-based practices to make sessions engaging and relevant. My hope is to support you in finding your voice, reconnecting with your strengths, and feeling more confident in who you are.

Adults - Anxiety, depression, mood instability, burn out, trauma, grief & loss.
Life can be full and complex. You might be carrying stress, relationship challenges, work or parenting pressures, or the weight of past experiences; and it can feel overwhelming to hold it all alone.
Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and lay some of this down. Together, we’ll explore what’s been difficult, reconnect with your strengths and values, and find practical strategies for day-to-day coping. When you’re ready, we can also go deeper; working through trauma, anxiety, or depression, and creating more balance and meaning in your life.

ADHD Therapeutic Coaching
Living with ADHD can feel like a constant juggle; managing emotions, focus, organisation, and the pressure of everyday life. It can be exhausting, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
ADHD therapeutic coaching offers practical strategies alongside therapeutic support. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, create tools that actually work for your brain, and develop ways to regulate emotions, manage tasks, and improve communication.
With both clinical training and lived experience of ADHD, I understand the challenges as well as the creativity and insight that come with a neurodivergent mind. Coaching is about working with your brain, not against it; so you can feel more confident, capable, and connected.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be both deeply rewarding and deeply challenging. Over time, couples may find themselves stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or feeling unheard.
In couples therapy, we create a safe space to slow down and look at what’s happening between you. Using the Developmental Model, I help you see conflict not as failure, but as an opportunity for growth. Together, we’ll work on communication, repair, and building a stronger, more authentic connection.
Therapy is not about perfection, but about learning new ways to relate - with honesty, curiosity, and respect - so your relationship feels more resilient and fulfilling.
